At Let’s Resin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting supplies. If your resin kit or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all resin bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
